Dear families.
My name is Yehuda Elon.
I am an educator and SOFER STAM and I founded together with Ofir Liebstein the association 'Letters of Love'.
I had the privilege of knowing Ofir Liebstein and being a friend of Ofir and his family for over a decade.
Through him I got to know the residents of the Gaza envelope.
From Ofir I learned "that our grandparents were connected to the Jewish and Zionist identity through that blue KKL fund. But we, in our generation, connect to the Jewish identity through Jewish tradition and consciousness."
In my travels with Ofir, we connected thousands of children and youth throughout the Jewish world to the mezuzah and the Torah book. We have acted, and will continue to act, to strengthen the heritage of the Jewish people.
We are standing on the threshold of Israel's revival period.
I feel a mission to continue Ophir's teachings and am excited to offer each and every one of you the mezuzah of the revival, the gift of the Jewish people.
The mezuzos are offered to you to mark the ancient Jewish connection between all parts of the Jewish people and as a symbol of the rise of Jewish homes in the surrounding settlements.
I invite you to fill in your details, and receive the revival mezuzah at your doorstep.
Neighbors, my friends.
My name is Alex Weintraub Animiver, a resident of Kibbutz Holit,
I work a lot with the localities and authorities in the south and surrounding areas in the various professional circles.
I met Yehuda Elon and the Letters of Love project thanks to the late Ofir Liebstein who died a heroic death on October 7.
Ofir and I took part in working with communities in the Diaspora as part of the we Kibbutz and the Nettaim program.
The mobilization of Yehuda for the settlements of the Gaza envelope as part of the Mezuzot project is a great initiative to allow all the people of Israel to contribute and mobilize in an authentic and sensitive way.
To me, the Mezuzot project symbolizes our ability to feel part of the people of Israel and to emphasize the humanistic values of Judaism in terms of "Arabs to each other".
For me the mezuzot project symbolizes the return to the home and the victory of light over darkness.
– We are coming home!
